SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ESTIMATES
Our estimates are based on what you are indicating to us, size, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and condition of your house. Please keep in mind that if the size, counts or condition of the home is different than you described, it may result in additional fees, a limited scope of work, and or us having to schedule an additional clean. Should this happen, we will give you a call to discuss options.

Prices are subject to change. Time to time we review pricing based on market conditions as well as your house conditions. This includes changes to condition in the home or life changes that can affect the total time spent on your home. For example, a new baby, additional pets, additional people moving into or out of the home, etc.

Please note that the estimates for our cleaning services explicitly exclude post-construction or remodeled houses, unless specifically stated in writing. Additional charges and terms may apply for cleaning services required in such scenarios. It is the responsibility of the client to inform us in advance if the cleaning service required pertains to a post-construction or remodeled property, and to obtain written confirmation of any adjustments to the quote. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in revised pricing and scheduling conflicts.

NOTE: Estimates are only valid for 24 hours at no charge from the date and time of the email provided and subject to availability. Estimates are not a booking confirmation. Acceptance of an estimate is not granting the booking confirmation. A booking confirmation via email from Welcome Home Cleaning is required for the service.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE (eSignature)
You consent and agree that by providing your payment information constitutes your signature, acceptance, and agreement as if actually signed by you in writing of the service terms and conditions available at https://welcomehomecleaning.com/terms/.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
In order to provide our services we are required to have the information to access the service address as well as a payment method on file before the confirmation. All confirmations are subject to those requirements. Welcome Home Cleaning will send you an email confirmation for your booking.

ACCESS
The best option for access is a code. If you do not have a door using codes, you may provide a key-hide option or a small key lock box with code that you may hang in a door the day we provide the service. This way you are not required to be at the time of the cleaning and the service will be provided without delays. We offer to keep your keys in our office for a storage fee of $15/monthly, this fee includes a tracking system service. Basic utilities must be available at the time of the cleaning services: running water, electricity and AC/Heating are required to provide the cleaning services. Not having access upon arrival to the property or lack of the basic utilities will prevent our team from providing the service and a lock out fee will be assessed.

SERVICES
We have packages that are designed for different needs. Those packages include different elements that will determine your custom-made pricing. Please visit https:\\welcomehomecleaning.com\packages to learn more about our services. Our services are performed by cleaners with a standard methodology in hundreds of houses yearly. Our teams will not perform procedures that may risk your home or their safety. They are not authorized to use products that are not provided and tested by Welcome Home Cleaning. Sometimes there are issues that may not be solved with a deep cleaning safely (e.g. deep stains, carpet stains, and many others that require other types of services), therefore even when the cleaning is executed it may not resolve that issue. Please note that your service does not include clutter control. Therefore, please have all toys, books, shoes, etc. cleared before your scheduled cleaning. In the event that there is clutter, we will work around these items as best as possible. We will not lift furniture or general items that weigh over 10 lbs. If you have a piece of furniture that has a high amount of knick knacks, our teams will not remove them all to dust them unless you are paying for that extra service. In addition, our teams will not remove items on glass shelves. Our teams will not clean the inside of china cabinets, hutches, and or entertainment centers.

Here are a few additional things you should know about our Services. We will provide all supplies, except for large trash bags.

– Bathroom mats, area rugs and trash cans will be left out of the way next to a wall or door. This is done so that there is no question that floors were both swept and mopped. Please notify the office if you would like us to put these back.

– In order to avoid scratched wood floors, no couches or chairs will be moved unless on roller balls.

– We will not touch any flat screen televisions or computers. These expensive items are best cleaned with their recommended cleaning product recommended by the manufacturers.

– Because we keep your pets and children’s health in mind when cleaning your home, most of our products are eco, pet, and kid friendly. We test all our products before use and we use recognized brands from recognized providers. We take this very seriously.

– Our crews are strictly instructed to adhere to the services outlined in their assigned work order and are not authorized to perform any additional tasks unless specified. However, if, based on your verbal request, our crews provide additional services, you may be subject to additional charges. To request any additional tasks to be performed during the cleaning, please send an email to our office. This is the preferred method of communication for such requests. If you are uncertain about whether a particular task can be included, we kindly request you to contact our office at 512-931-2095 for any clarification.

– Clutter Control: your service does not include clutter control. Therefore, please have all toys, books, shoes, etc. cleared before your scheduled cleaning. In the event that there is clutter, we will work around these items as best as possible.

– No Lift: furniture or general items that weigh over 10 pounds are lifted by our crews. If you have a piece of furniture that has a high amount of knick knacks, our teams will not remove them all to dust them unless you are paying for that extra service. In addition, our teams will not remove items on glass shelves. Our teams will not clean the inside of china cabinets, hutches, and or entertainment centers.

– We do not offer post construction clean up services and our cleaning services does not include debris removal, paint dust or paint stains removal, Polishing Fixtures, Vents, and Lighting, Polishing Doors & Frames, Polish Windows, Washing Walls & Baseboards, Standard & Deep Carpet Cleaning, VCT Strip & Wax, Deep Cleaning Ceramic Tile, Tile Grout Extraction, Ceramic Tile Sealing, Power Washing

– Bed Making: service includes one sheet, one blanket, one comforter, and two pillows for each bed. Our team will strip the bed of any existing bedding, and then place the bottom sheet on the mattress, ensuring it’s flat and tucked in under the mattress. We will then add the blanket and comforter on top of the sheet, centering them on the bed, and tuck the top of the sheet, blanket, and comforter under the foot of the mattress. Finally, we place the pillows against the headboard or wall, with one pillowcase open facing out and the other pillowcase facing up. Please note that if you require different bedding options, such as additional sheets, blankets, comforters, or pillows, these may be available at an additional cost.

– Biohazard: per Government safety guidelines our staff is not allowed to clean litter boxes or handle urine or feces or any biohazard materials.

– Equipment, Products and Supplies Usage: Our services require the exclusive use of company-provided equipment and tested products to ensure efficient and effective service delivery as per our training protocols. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages or issues arising from customer-provided equipment and/or products used during our services. Your understanding and compliance are appreciated as this ensures the best service quality and safeguards both parties from potential liabilities.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES LIMITATIONS
Interior Windows: windows must be accessible without the use of a ladder taller than 3 steps. Windows over 9 feet of the floor are not included.
Carpet Shampooing: Only non cluttered areas are included. Cleaners will move furniture weighting under 10 lbs.

SCHEDULE AND ARRIVAL TIME WINDOWS
Once you are confirmed in our schedule, we’ll send email reminders before the day of your cleaning. Our arrival time windows are normally two hours long (i.e. 8:30-10:30, 10:30-12:30 and 12:00:3:00 pm). We will text/email or call you if there is a chance that we will be outside of these arrival times that were provided for your service. Arrival times are subject to traffic conditions and changes. Your preference will be the first option provided availability. Arrival times are not guaranteed.

PROMOTIONS
All promotions/discounts/specials are subject to availability and service terms. They are non refundable or transferable. Limited to one household. Not combinable with any other discount.

PAYMENTS
We accept credit cards or debit cards, and you may update your card information to avoid late fees or declined cards any time at our website: https://welcomehomecleaning.com/payment/. Declined cards may be charged with a $25 decline card fee plus late fees. Payments and credits are non-refundable or transferable. Credits are valid for 30-days unless specified otherwise. If payment for service becomes uncollectible in a timely manner, all discounts provided will no longer be valid and we reserve the right to pursue collection measures. Any fees we incur associated with these measures will be added to the outstanding balance of delinquent invoices. Late payment fees are $25 per late month.

One Time Services: Payment is required at service date confirmation.

Recurring Services: Pay As You Go: Payment is due the day the service is confirmed and your card will be charged the service day. Monthly Plans: Payment is due each period (e.g. Monthly) and your card will be charged at the beginning of each period. Canceled or skipped services by the customer are missed and can not be carried over for a later month.

RESCHEDULE
Once your appointment for service has been confirmed on our schedule, the allocated time slot is reserved exclusively for you. This reservation includes the necessary resources and personnel, which may result in the refusal of other business and potential clients. Rescheduling requests will require full payment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours prior to the service day will be subject to an administrative fee of $25. Reschedule requests changing the month counts as a cancellation. 

CANCELING OR SKIPPING
Cancellation requests will result in the requirement of a full payment. Cancellation requests made within 48 hours before the service day, inability to access the home upon arrival, or being turned away at the door will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the service.

REFUNDS POLICY
We do not offer refunds. Payments are all non-refundable.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Are non refundable. Valid for the named beneficiary. Valid for 12 months from the purchase confirmation. Not transferable.

EMPLOYEES PRIVACY
Client shall not request the contact information of an employee of Welcome Home Cleaning Services for any reason. Please contact the office at 512-931-2095 should you have a need to reach your cleaner for any reason after hours. You agree not to hire past or present employees of Welcome Home Cleaning without Welcome Home Cleaning written authorization. In the event that you must hire an employee of WHCS despite this agreement, a $5,000 referral fee is due immediately for any past or present employee that is hired regardless of regular employment or on a contractual basis.

ADMIN FEE
Schedule updates, changes to confirmed schedules and/or updates to payment information may be assessed with an admin fee of $25.

TAX

All fees and estimated prices are excluding taxes. Texas State Sales TAX is required for every sale, and it will be applied at the time of processing the payment.

SERVICE QUALITY
In order to provide the best quality of the services we provide, you authorize our staff to take photos for future internal audits that we conduct on a regular basis. The pictures/photos before and after the job in the rooms will provide proof of the job performance. The pictures/photos are kept in a secured place and deleted after 90 days.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Welcome Home Cleaning will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms of Service, our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid for the service. No Guarantee. The client acknowledges and agrees that Welcome Home Cleaning cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practices. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised. Welcome Home Cleaning (the Company) reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any appointment for any reason without prior notice. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Company’s decision to cancel, modify, or reschedule an appointment is at its sole discretion and may be based on various factors. The Client releases and holds harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the cancellation, modification, or rescheduling of any appointment, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Company. This clause shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

Referral Program Terms

Eligibility: The referral program is open to all customers, realtors, and influencers of Welcome Home Cleaning, who are residents of Texas and of legal age.

Referral Fee: Welcome Home Cleaning will pay a referral fee to the referrer for each new customer who signs up and pays within ninety days for a service from Welcome Home Cleaning, provided that the referrer has complied with these terms. This discount is not combinable with any other promotion or discount.

Referral Process: To refer a customer to Welcome Home Cleaning, the referrer must provide the referral’s name and contact information to Welcome Home Cleaning via a registration form or by other means specified by Welcome Home Cleaning.

Payment of Referral Fee: Welcome Home Cleaning will pay the referral fee to the referrer within ninety days after the new customer has paid for the service. Referral fees will only be paid for the first service purchased by the new customer.

Right to Withhold Referral Fee: Welcome Home Cleaning reserves the right to withhold payment of the referral fee at its sole discretion, without cause or explanation, if it deems that the referrer has breached any of these terms or engaged in any conduct that is detrimental to Welcome Home Cleaning’s business.

Changes to Referral Program: Welcome Home Cleaning reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice.

Compliance with Texas State Laws: The referral program will be conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Texas.
